Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior Project Manager to oversee multiple initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and lead safety and compliance efforts across retail operations. You will mentor teams, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.

The role emphasizes environmental health and safety, change management, and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 4 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area, OR 6 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
• Expertise in Environmental Health and Safety, especially execution of safety standards and OSHA standards.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in change management and behavior change programs.
• Experience securing stakeholder alignment.
• Strong leadership capabilities in supervising, mentoring, and developing teams.
• Proficiency in compliance reporting, safety assurance, and facility management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preferred: Microsoft Office, retail industry, training and development, and cross-functional teams or projects.
• Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Master’s in Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects by defining scope, objectives, milestones, and timelines.
• Coordinate project planning and manage resources to ensure successful completion.
• Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying gaps, and developing sustainable solutions.
• Monitor program performance against metrics and address post-implementation issues.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide leadership through mentoring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Promote ethical practices and operational excellence.
• Communicate project status and improvement plans to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive safety programs, audits, compliance initiatives, and behavior change supporting Upstream Facility Services Safety.
• Support safety and operational outcomes for field technicians across the organization.
