Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
• Proven experience in driving business strategy through effective project and change management.
• Strong skills in business planning, prioritization, and performance measurement to achieve operational goals.
• Ability to lead and develop teams by providing coaching, mentoring, and clear performance expectations.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving capabilities to overcome barriers and implement process improvements.
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
• Lead and develop associates through mentoring, training, and performance management to build a collaborative team environment.
• Evaluate effectiveness of programs and initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage change initiatives by defining processes, assessing readiness, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization.
• Oversee process improvements and cross-functional projects to advance business results and customer satisfaction.
