Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field plus 4 years' experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
• Or 6 years' experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
• Preferred: Microsoft Office, Retail Industry, Training and Development, cross-functional teamwork; Masters in Business Administration; PMP; Six Sigma certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple projects by defining scope of work, objectives, milestones, and timelines.
• Manages content development and governance for digital assets and training materials; assists with intranet content.
• Drives process improvements and change management with cross-functional teams; ensures sustainable, scalable solutions.
