Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Operations Lead in the Bentonville area to drive multiple work streams, design project plans, and ensure timely delivery. You will analyze data to uncover root causes and implement solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs, while coaching team members and aligning with ethical standards.

You will oversee resource allocation and collaborate across functions to optimize Seller Marketplace operations through AI tools and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
• Proven experience managing operations and project initiatives
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to develop, communicate, and execute project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Expertise in data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
• Strong skills in process improvement, operational excellence, and quality-driven execution
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally
• Proficiency in prioritization, accountability, and adapting to changing business needs
• Effective communication and leadership skills to mentor and develop team members

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple operations work streams by designing project plans, managing timelines, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
• Analyze data to identify root causes, develop solutions, and provide actionable recommendations
• Develop and improve processes, tools, and strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Oversee resource allocation and monitor project progress
• Take corrective actions to ensure timely delivery of results
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Lead and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
• Support Seller Marketplace operations through AI investigative tools, data analysis, process improvements, and workflow optimization
