Job summary

ACET, Incorporated is seeking a Senior Operations Manager designated as Key Personnel to direct contract performance for the NAS Norfolk, VA program. You will act as the principal administrator and primary interface to Government authorities, driving technical excellence, resource optimization, and risk management.

This high-visibility role requires strategic leadership, expert program management, and the ability to brief senior military and civilian stakeholders to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years in defense program management, military operations, or contract administration.
• Strong executive leadership, negotiation and communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort, ensuring all deliverables meet standards.
• Serve as the principal liaison to Government program authorities on technical, program, and project management challenges.
• Direct, evaluate, and monitor contractor execution of performance metrics and SOW requirements.
• Manage resources, including staffing, budgeting, and asset deployment.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and streamline workflows to maintain schedule and integrity.
