Job summary

Softheon Inc is seeking a Business Operations Manager for a remote-first role. The role guides operational excellence, process improvement, and strategic initiatives across departments. Strong leadership, analytics, and proactive problem solving are essential.

Responsibilities include budget management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment. The position supports periodic in-person visits to headquarters and requires residency in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/healthcare/IT or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years in business operations, PM, or related role; 2+ years in management.
• Experience in healthcare or technology sectors and STEM familiarity.
• Excel experience required; SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and company policies.
• Contribute to strategic plans and use data to drive decisions.
• Lead project management activities from planning to completion.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for operations.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Maintain thorough documentation for transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with Talent to support hiring and mentorship.
• Be available for on-call duty and occasional weekends/overnight work.
