United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to join our US & Canada Rides Operations team. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop analytical frameworks, and drive growth while ensuring regulatory compliance across markets.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and scalable process design, with collaboration across policy, legal, marketing, product, and ops functions to translate insights into action.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Data-first problem solver with Excel / data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical frameworks to support business decision-making.
• Identify priorities such as growth opportunities or operational weaknesses and help drive team strategy and improve processes.
• Build, maintain, communicate, and present detailed reporting at city, regional, and mega-regional levels.
• Present models, findings, and insights to senior management to drive business decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder and project management skills with ability to plan and execute projects of varying time horizons with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with local and Central Operations teams, policy, legal, marketing, product, and other functions to inform broader initiatives.
• Own functional business strategies and local market strategies, monitoring, correcting, and executing processes.
