Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a technical degree.
• Familiarity with BI tools and dashboards is a plus.
• Exposure to CRM platforms like Braze is a plus.
• Experience with product management or experimentation is a plus.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and insights.

Responsibilities

• Write SQL to pull campaign, cohort, and subscription performance.
• Track metrics like DAU, NTM, LTV, CAC to gauge impact.
• Design and analyze A/B tests across channels and audiences.
• Own dashboards and translate marketing needs into specs for engineers.
• Automate recurring reports and use AI to surface insights.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enable new programs.
