Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Manager of Strategy & Analytics to optimize marketing channel performance, retention, and lifetime value. You will collaborate with marketing, operations, product and sales to deliver actionable insights that help meet company goals.

A successful manager will communicate results to executives and excel in a fast-growing environment, with strong data skills including SQL, Excel, and data visualization in Looker/Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, STEM, or analytical field.
• 2–4 years professional experience in marketing, product, strategy, or business analytics.
• Experience in Strategy Consulting, Financial Services, or Start-up environments.
• Familiarity with doing analysis in Excel and coding in SQL.
• Experience in Python or R is a plus; Looker or Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dive into data and processes to understand operational challenges and opportunities.
• Present findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable solutions for non-analytical partners including Senior Leadership.
• Redefine and challenge company KPIs critical to achieving goals.
• Work with product and operations to define tests and experimental designs.
