Job summary

Brigit, a holistic financial health company, is seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager in New York. You will evaluate strategic initiatives, support performance tracking, and conduct industry research to inform leadership decisions, partnering with finance, product, and operations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to define metrics, prepare Board materials, and build executive-ready narratives. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-growing fintech

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, investment banking, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data, modeling, and deriving insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to create executive-ready slides and narratives.
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities; able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Low-ego, ownership mindset; able to dive into details while keeping sight of the bigger strategic picture.
• Comfortable working with senior leaders, exercising judgment and discretion.
• Passion for Brigit’s mission and fintech, financial health, and consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional strategic initiatives to define ownership and success metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product roadmap and priorities.
• Benchmark Brigit's product, financial, and operational metrics against industry peers.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to track progress and surface risks and trade-offs.
• Assess impact of new initiatives on financial models and determine KPI tracking.
• Support quarterly and annual planning, including OKR setting and follow-up tracking.
• Prepare Board materials and executive updates with clear narratives and visuals.
• Coordinate inputs from finance, product, data, and operations for accuracy and alignment.
• Produce monthly Business Review dashboards and reports.
• Assist in materials for investor updates and external presentations.
• Partner with finance and operations on high-priority workflows and process improvements.
