Job summary

SoFi Tech Solutions is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Business Operations to drive growth strategy, performance, and execution across STS. You will turn priorities into actionable plans, build insights from market data, and influence cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Risk.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will own analyses, develop business cases, and help optimize planning processes and executive decision‑making in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, fintech, financial services, payments, or related fields.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and experience with market assessments, financial modeling, scenario planning, or similar strategic work.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own complex analyses and cross-functional workstreams from problem definition through recommendation or implementation.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with ability to work with imperfect data and derive insights for decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling clear, executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Own analyses that inform growth opportunities, market expansion, product investments, and strategic priorities.
• Develop business cases using market research, financial modeling, and ROI assessment.
• Synthesize market, client, competitive, and internal data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Support annual and long-range planning by coordinating inputs and translating decisions into actionable plans.
• Manage core planning and performance processes, dashboards, and KPIs; analyze drivers of growth and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution and drive follow-through.
