Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a VP of Corporate Strategy to own a portfolio of strategic initiatives, partnering with BU presidents to drive growth. Reporting to the Chief Growth and Strategy Officer, you will analyze data and develop go-to-market plans for senior management.

The role requires a strong business acumen, leadership experience in strategy management, and a passion for technology and fintech. You will collaborate across teams and drive strategic investments and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus MBA from a top-ranked university preferred.
• 10+ years of work experience, including 5-7 years in strategy management consulting in a blue-chip setting.
• Experience in financial services/fintech, especially institutional outsourcing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, cross-functional influence and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive ongoing strategies that lead to a portfolio of corporate growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Units to translate strategies into actions and programs.
• Lead BU-level strategy and planning to grow earnings and opportunities.
• Identify and drive key initiatives at corporate and BU levels, incl. acquisitions.
• Drive strategy execution to grow revenue through acquisitions and partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with BU and executive teams, industry networks to support initiatives.
• Lead annual strategy cadences and engage the Board on performance and strategy.
• Lead other key projects as requested.
