CVS Health is seeking an experienced strategy and operations professional to support the Diversified Commercial Solutions (DCS) Chief of Staff. You will run the operating rhythm, own cross-functional initiatives, and partner with senior leaders to drive strategic programs.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in strategy/ops, strong communication, and advanced PowerPoint/Excel skills, with a collaborative mindset for a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy or operations, preferably in healthcare insurance.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability in cross-functional projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enable transparency of financial health and progress of business priorities via DCS processes.
• Own cross-functional strategic initiatives with end-to-end responsibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement with partner organizations in a matrixed environment.
• Create compelling content for internal forums and high-visibility external events.
