Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced strategy and operations professional to support Diversified Commercial Solutions (DCS). You will work closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution.

In this role, you will enable transparency of financial health, own cross-functional programs like cross-sell, and improve engagement across partner organizations in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related field (healthcare insurance industry preferred)
• Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences
• Resourceful operator with ownership and accountability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities

• Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through the DCS management process
• Own cross-functional strategic initiatives with end-to-end responsibility
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement with partner organizations in a complex, matrixed environment
• Create compelling content for internal forums and high-visibility external events
