Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a strategic contributor within Diversified Commercial Solutions (DCS) to support cross‑business initiatives, run the operating rhythm, and translate concepts into action across multiple teams.

Qualifications

3+ years in strategy, operations, or a related field, healthcare insurance experience preferred.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences.
Resourceful operator who demonstrates ownership and accountability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through our DCS management process, with recurring deliverables and reporting cadences.
Own cross-functional strategic initiatives, such as our cross-sell strategy, with end-to-end responsibility.
Identify opportunities to improve the engagement model with partner organizations in a matrixed environment.
Create content for internal forums (townhalls, leadership conferences) and high-visibility external events (sales summits, broker engagement).
