Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced strategy and operations professional within Diversified Commercial Solutions (DCS) to drive cross‑business initiatives and monitor the financial health of priorities. You will partner with senior leaders, own end‑to‑end initiatives, and craft content for town halls, leadership conferences, and external events to inform and persuade.

If you have 3+ years in strategy or operations in healthcare, strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, and a proven ownership

Qualifications

3+ years in strategy or operations, healthcare insurance experience preferred.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences.
Ownership mindset with accountability and initiative.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

Enable transparency of financial health and progress of business priorities via the DCS management process.
Own cross-functional strategic initiatives with end-to-end responsibility.
Identify opportunities to improve engagement with partner organizations in a matrixed environment.
Create compelling content for internal forums and high-visibility external events.
