Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an individual contributor to support the Diversified Commercial Solutions (DCS) organization. You will run the operating rhythm, partner with leadership, and drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution.

You will enable financial transparency, own cross-functional projects, and help improve engagement with partner organizations while preparing content for executive audiences and high-visibility events.

Qualifications

3+ years in strategy or operations, healthcare insurance experience preferred.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences.
Resourceful operator with ownership and accountability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through our DCS management process.
Own cross-functional strategic initiatives, such as cross-sell strategy, end-to-end responsibility.
Identify opportunities to improve engagement with partner organizations in a matrixed environment.
Create compelling content for internal forums and high-visibility external events.
