Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Business Operations Manager within the Corporate Planning function to ensure critical planning processes run smoothly, efficiently, and with precision. You’ll synthesize information from QBO, Annual Planning, ELT Scorecard, and action tracking to translate strategy into clear directions for teams.

You’ll partner with executive leaders to anticipate needs, remove barriers, and drive planning cycles to on-time delivery, aligning priorities across the organization and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in business operations, corporate planning, or similar roles.
• 2+ years coordinating across large teams at senior levels.
• 2+ years leading projects across multiple teams from planning to completion.
• Ability to manage shifting requirements, timelines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage agenda creation, attendee curation, and cross-organizational communication with ELT planning teams to keep deliverables on track.
• Collaborate with the Director of Strategy & Planning and EA to anticipate needs and remove barriers; support priorities for leadership focus.
• Ensure planning cycles run on time with high quality; translate complex information into clear directions for working teams.
