The ideal candidate has 2+ years in operations, an AA in Business Management, and strong communication and leadership skills. Travel may be required; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• A.A. Degree in Business Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations management.
• Ability to coordinate planning, budgeting, and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct operations to fulfill contractual responsibilities.
• Develop work schedules and assign routes for service personnel.
• Monitor safety, quality, and service inspections and evaluations.
• Assist with plans, budgets, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Communicate with customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead meetings to relay information across teams and customers.
