Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in operations or a related field.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Expand business within Strategic Accounts / Clients, negotiating increases with Customers, reduction of operating costs, and or changes in schedules or processes.
• Direct operations necessary, both directly and through subordinate managers, to carry out contractual responsibilities and profitability that meet both the Customer’s contractual expectations but to exceed their service expectations resulting in the creation of complete Customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe work environment for self and employees by implementing comprehensive safety, recognition, and training programs
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, such as FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.
• Budget compliance for identified Accounts Manage and retain a qualified staff that is reasonably satisfied with position and compensation, understands, and is trained for their position and has a clear line of sight to the goals and expectations of the company and recognized the impact their contributions to the Company
• Provide managerial authority over Regional Operations Director(s)
• Participate in the development and implementation of company goals and strategic vision.
• Travel is required for this position
