Beacon Mobility seeks an experienced Operations Director to lead and optimize daily transport operations across a network of leaders. You will drive strategic oversight, safety programs, and performance metrics to support the company’s growth in the transportation sector.

Ideal candidates bring a strong background in transportation operations, 10+ years of management, and an MBA or equivalent. This on-site role requires collaboration with multiple departments to execute strategy and improve

Competenze

Ten years of progressive management experience.
Five years of supervisory experience.
College Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
Advanced Degree (MBA, MA, MS) preferred.

Mansioni

Direct and control operational requirements on behalf of the company.
Manage all day-to-day operations by business unit through a network of other operational leaders.
Provide operational strategy and oversight based on the company's strategic plan.
Roll out new programs, promote operational safety, and ensure operational metrics are met.
Host meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Promote communication of company initiatives throughout the operations management team for dissemination.
Help coordinate retention strategies within the operations team and collaborate with other departments and department heads to execute strategy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
