Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct and control operational requirements on behalf of the company.
• Manage day-to-day operations by business unit through a network of leaders.
• Provide operational strategy and oversight based on the strategic plan.
• Roll out new programs, promote safety, and meet metrics.
• Host meetings, seminars, and conferences.
• Communicate company initiatives across the operations team.
• Coordinate retention strategies and collaborate with other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
