Responsibilities

• Supervise and advise 30-60 drivers and monitors.
• Develop and implement efficient routes per client needs; assign driver tasks.
• Receive, record, relay messages clearly; solve operational issues professionally.
• Maintain policy compliance; foster driver development and performance.
• Provide on-road support; supervise drivers and plan backups.
• Build positive relations with supervisees and clients; address challenges.
• Maintain professional rapport with customers and contractors.
• Keep detailed records to support monthly billing.
