Job summary

Beacon Mobility in Bridgeport, CT, seeks an experienced operations executive to direct and optimize day-to-day transport operations. You will lead a network of operations leaders, shape strategic execution, roll out programs, promote safety, and monitor metrics.

You will host internal and external meetings, communicate initiatives, and coordinate cross-department retention and strategy implementation. MBA preferred; knowledge of the transportation industry is required.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive management experience.
• Five years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry.

Responsibilities
