Job summary

PTOE Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead the company into its next growth phase. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and the ability to transform vision into scalable operations that deliver measurable client value.

You'll oversee a multidisciplinary team, improve processes, and work closely with the Founder and coaching function to align priorities with outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a senior leadership role such as Managing Director, GM, COO, or Head of Operations.
• Proven track record of managing teams and leading business functions.
• Experience in scaling, restructuring, or improving small to medium-sized businesses.
• Strong knowledge of business operations, finance, and organizational growth.
• Ownership mindset and strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the overall management and performance of PTOE Global Solutions (PGS).
• Translate the organization's vision and strategic direction into actionable business plans, priorities and measurable objectives.
• Establish clear accountability across departments, functions and leadership roles.
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Develop an operating model to support a growing portfolio of businesses without proportional management complexity.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, strengthen the management structure and ensure client value delivery.
