Job summary

Teneo is seeking a Director in Management Consulting to lead complex engagements for technology and services clients across Growth Strategy, M&A, and operating model design. You will guide teams, develop client insights, and help grow the practice with senior stakeholders.

You will partner with Managing Directors, manage multiple workstreams, and contribute to business development while driving value for clients and investors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting.
• Proven track record leading major strategic programs.
• Experience advising Technology or Services firms.
• Experience with PE-backed portfolio companies is desirable.
• Native-level written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starting and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Structure and lead complex projects with a Managing Director.
• Lead analytical workstreams and develop client insights.
• Develop solutions from hypothesis to validation with senior colleagues.
• Manage case teams and coach junior colleagues.
• Support business development and drafting proposals.
• Present outputs to clients with clarity and impact.
• Build relationships with senior clients beyond individual engagements.
• Lead client presentations in a confident, engaging way.
