The position focuses on growth strategy, technology-enabled strategy, operating model design, merger integration, and implementation planning to translate strategy into action for Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 clients.

Qualifications

• Independent strategy consultant who can challenge assumptions and structure complex problems.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to define and execute client strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop business and growth strategy for clients.
• Structure and independently drive fast-paced client engagements with workplans and analyses.
• Interact directly with senior clients as a trusted point person.
• Connect business capabilities, product and technology to enterprise strategy and value creation.
• Develop strategic roadmaps to implement capabilities and investments.
• Lead operating model, organization design, and merger integration work.
• Set workload and direction for engagement teams across multiple levels.
• Collaborate across internal divisions and client stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide rigorous, constructively challenging insights to senior leaders.
