Compass Group USA is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead budgeting, planning and reporting across the account, aiming to maximize resource utilization and guide financial and human capital plans. The role emphasizes developing short and long-term plans and monitoring performance and service quality.

The incumbent will drive budgets, quality standards, compliance with programs and policies, and accurate account reporting while guiding teams and sustaining the organization’s service

Qualifikationen

• BS degree preferred.
• Five years of foodservice management experience required.
• Higher Education experience in board and retail operations is required.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Formulate budgets and plans for the operation.
• Maintain and implement standards of quality in all areas of the foodservice operation.
• Ensure compliance with all regional and account programs and policies.
• Accountable for accurate reporting for the account.
