Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to oversee planning, budgeting analysis and reporting for a major account. You will help manage expenditures and develop strategic financial and operational plans to maximize resource utilization and ensure service quality across locations.

You will lead with a focus on strong governance, cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement, aligning with company goals and client expectations across the United States.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred.
• Five years of foodservice management experience required.
• Higher Education experience in board and retail operations is required.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Director of Operations will assist with planning, budgeting analysis and reporting for the account.
• Assist with control account expenditures to maximize utilization of account/regional resources.
• Develop short and long-term financial, operational and human capital plans in support of company objectives.
• Monitor and maintain performance, product and service quality.
