Job summary

Avint, LLC is seeking a Director of Business Operations to translate strategy into scalable corporate operations supporting Delivery, Growth, Innovation, and Executive Leadership. You will lead financial, HR, contracts, procurement, and compliance programs, building a high-performing operations team and reporting to the CEO and Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, HR, operations, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years across business operations or related corporate functions with leadership across multiple areas; government contracting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations with budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow visibility, and management reporting.
• Establish monthly/annual financial rhythms; identify variances and present actionable recommendations.
• Oversee HR and people operations, including benefits, compensation, and policy implementation.
• Oversee recruiting operations and workforce planning to align with Delivery and Growth needs.
• Lead contracting and procurement, including vendor management and negotiations.
• Own quality and compliance programs, including audits, metrics, and risk tracking.
• Oversee admin ops, facilities, insurance, and vendor relationships to improve scalability.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Business Ops, Delivery, Growth, and Executive Leadership.
• Develop executive dashboards providing visibility into financial health, workforce, contracts, and compliance.
