AV is building a team of elite operators to tackle the most pressing challenges facing the company, from solving supply chain bottlenecks to modernizing our finance systems. The company is entering a period of unprecedented growth, and the Business Operations function will play a critical role in transforming the company's speed of execution.

This role requires heavy collaboration across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Programs, Growth, and other teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience solving business or operational problems in fast-paced environments such as management consulting, startups, or private equity portfolio operations.
• Experience carrying a problem from analysis through implementation.
• High agency and high grit; takes ownership, learns quickly, and pushes through obstacles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively with limited direction and manage multiple priorities at once.

Responsibilities

• Own projects and workstreams from problem definition through implementation
• Dig into processes, systems, and data to understand what is actually causing the problem
• Develop practical solutions and work directly with teams to put them in place
• Work across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Programs, Growth, and other teams
• Improve processes and systems that create delays, manual work, or poor handoffs
• Move quickly, keep stakeholders aligned, and stay with the work until the solution is in place
