Job summary

AV is building a team of elite operators to tackle the company’s most pressing challenges—from supply chain bottlenecks to modernizing finance systems. The Business Operations function will be pivotal in accelerating execution and driving growth, with onsite roles in major hubs.

The role emphasizes ownership, rapid problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Operations, and Engineering to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years solving business or operational problems in fast-paced settings (consulting, startups, or PE ops).
• Experience taking a problem from analysis through implementation.
• High agency and grit; ownership, rapid learning and persistence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with limited direction and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own projects and workstreams from problem definition through implementation.
• Dig into processes, systems, and data to identify root causes.
• Develop practical solutions and partner with teams to implement.
• Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Programs, Growth and more.
• Improve processes and systems that cause delays or handoffs issues.
• Move quickly, keep stakeholders aligned, and see the work through.
