Job summary

AV is building a team of elite operators to tackle the most pressing challenges facing the company, from solving supply chain bottlenecks to modernizing our finance systems. The Business Operations function will play a critical role in transforming the company's speed of execution.

In this onsite role, you will lead cross-functional projects across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, and Growth, translate problems into actionable solutions, and help stand up the team with

Qualifications

• 5+ years solving complex business problems in fast-paced settings.
• Experience implementing enterprise systems (ERP/MRP/HRIS/CRM).
• Proven track record delivering concrete solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority projects from definition to implementation and rollout.
• Break down problems, identify root causes, and build solutions with stakeholders.
• Roll up sleeves to build tooling, processes, and training for adoption.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, and Growth.
• Help shape the Business Operations team and recruit talent.
