Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution: Coordinate with Creator Management, Ecosystem, Search, Data Science, and Product partners to input on strategy and drive execution.
• Strategic Problem-Solving & Analytical Rigor: Use first-principles thinking to break down ambiguous problems and design actionable frameworks.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish metrics, build tracking, and translate trends into business strategies and priorities.
