Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in Data Analysis, Product Operations, Campaign Operations, or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data issues and provide timely feedback. Comfortable working in an international team environment.
• Solid understanding of campaign execution, including mechanisms and processes required to run successful campaigns.
• Skilled at analyzing and summarizing campaign data to drive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Leverage campaign performance and other data sources to produce in-depth user research reports aligned with business goals.
• Content Understanding and Analysis: Combine data analysis with content expertise to deliver actionable insights on content for target audience and business objectives.
• Campaign Operations Support: Assist operations with campaign execution, prize sending, data monitoring, and performance summarization.
• Support Other Operations Projects: Contribute to vertical analyses, user research, surveys, and related initiatives.
