Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Operations, Relationship Management, Sales Support, or a related financial services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with Business Banking market leadership, sales teams, and support organizations to execute strategic priorities and drive client and business outcomes.
• Experience leading operational functions, workforce planning, capacity management, and process improvement initiatives within a highly regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of Business Banking products, client onboarding, servicing, fulfillment, and operational support processes.
• Proven ability to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, service quality, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees forecasting and staffing levels and capacities, coaching, and feedback to drive Operational Excellence.
• Provides strategic guidance to develop and analyze procedures while overseeing budget and expense management, reporting, and forecasting.
• Evaluates efficiencies and identifies areas of improvement to measure process effectiveness using data and KPIs.
• Aligns priorities with employee metrics and fosters an inclusive work environment.
