Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 4–6 years in operations, project management, or business administration, preferably in a law firm or professional services.
• Strong communication skills with ability to lead cross-department initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily firm-wide operational functions to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Manage calendars and key milestones including leases, licensing, and audits.
• Oversee real estate portfolio, leasing, relocations, and terminations with cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate space planning, office buildouts, and vendor management.
• Lead documentation for licenses, insurance, and vendor contracts; ensure centralized records.
• Draft and distribute firmwide operational communications with leadership.
• Maintain and update operational platforms and intranet (The Hub).
• Develop and maintain operational policies and resources for standardization.
• Prepare leadership analytics, reports, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and action item tracking.
