Job summary

SBH Fashion is seeking an Operations & Strategy Manager to work directly with the Founder in New York. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, project management, technology, and growth, translating ideas into action and driving initiatives across the organization.

You will own cross-functional projects, identify operational gaps, and implement scalable processes as the business scales, including evaluating AI tools and new workflows to boost productivity and reporting.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–10 years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, project/program management, Chief of Staff, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Experience in personal care, beauty, baby/kids, wellness, CPG, or consumer products preferred.
• Highly AI-savvy with interest in leveraging emerging tech to improve operations.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset understanding of how ecommerce, Amazon, retail, marketing, and ops collaborate.
• Analytical and strategic while able to execute hands-on.
• Resourceful, proactive, organized, with ability to bring structure to a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communicator across functions and levels.
• High ownership with willingness to grow with the business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Founder on business strategy, growth initiatives, operational priorities, and special projects.
• Own cross-functional projects from concept to execution with timelines and accountability.
• Coordinate across sales, Amazon/ecommerce, marketing, product, and operations.
• Translate high-level objectives into actionable project plans and maintain momentum.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to create scalable processes as the business grows.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools, automation, and new workflows to boost productivity.
• Work with Amazon and sales teams to strengthen marketplace performance and retail growth.
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform strategic decisions.
• Build analyses, presentations, trackers, and reporting for visibility.
• Establish processes and rhythms for a rapidly scaling organization.
• Serve as a true right hand to the Founder with growing responsibility.
