Job summary

Codes Health, Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Operations professional to shape and scale our Records Retrieval team in New York, NY. This full-time, in-person role emphasizes autonomy and ownership, with responsibilities spanning hiring, training, process design, and performance tracking.

You will help structure the organization for growth, define what success looks like, and create internal dashboards and tools to improve efficiency. This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in startups or high-growth environments.
• Analytical mindset guided by data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building from the ground up.
• Technical or technical-adjacent: able to build quick automations, tooling or dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills working with the records team to improve performance.
• Meticulous about processes and visibility across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Create new-hire orientation and continuous training programs for records roles.
• Define and track performance of the Records Team, both collectively and individually.
• Restructure internal organizations to improve efficiency and reward top performers.
• Design internal processes and SOPs used daily by the Records Team.
• Model capacity and margins to meet demand from new customers and volume.
• Build operational improvements (dashboards, automation tools) to streamline tracking and visibility.
• Collaborate with engineering to build internal products that streamline record retrieval operations.
