Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking an Operations Manager, Strategy & Integration to support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives led by the Chief of Staff to the CEO. The role focuses on enterprise strategy, portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration across departments.

The position is hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays in the Washington, DC area or remote for non-local candidates) and requires US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or strategy execution.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to improve processes and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives led by the Chief of Staff to the CEO.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk reviews, and milestones.
