Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Director of Enterprise Portfolio Enablement to translate strategy into integrated, executable work. You will influence senior leaders, establish practical governance, and drive strategic initiatives across IJM's pathways, regions, and country offices.

The role reports to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, supports Pathway and Regional Portfolio Managers, and leads enterprise calendar governance for travel, training, and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in portfolio management, program management, strategy execution, organizational effectiveness, or related field.
• Experience translating strategic priorities into executable plans and governance mechanisms that drive measurable results.
• Strong proficiency with portfolio management platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise project management standards and best practices that are practical, scalable, and lightweight.
• Promote disciplined planning, clear prioritization, risk management, and strong communication across stakeholders.
• Lead AI-enabled approaches to support planning, portfolio reviews, and integrated scheduling across IJM.
