International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Director of Enterprise Portfolio Enablement to translate strategy into integrated, executable work. You will establish practical project management standards, drive scalable planning, and advise Pathway and Regional Portfolio Managers within the Enterprise Strategy and Integration team.

The role on the Enterprise Strategy and Integration team reports to the Chief of Staff to the CEO and is hybrid (onsite Tue/Thu in DC area) or remote for non-local

Qualifications

8+ years of portfolio, program, or enterprise transformation experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience translating strategic priorities into executable plans and governance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise portfolio management standards and best practices.
Promote disciplined planning, prioritization, risk management, and clear communication.
Partner with Pathway and Regional Portfolio Managers to embed standards.
Develop AI-enabled tools to support planning and Reviews.
Oversee governance of the Enterprise Calendar across offices.
