You will supervise a team of Live Makers, driving post-launch activities and resolving bottlenecks while shaping the overall live-ops strategy and execution.

Qualifikationen

• Past experience as a Chief Maker or Live Help Operations Lead in a game studio or publisher.
• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably from mobile gaming.
• Experience in planning and executing post-launch live services for games.
• Strong knowledge of live operations and issues faced by game teams and solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Live Help creation for the portfolio, pipelines and processes so Live Makers have what they need.
• Lead a team of Live Makers, supporting them as the main resource for post-launch launches.
• Collaborate with business development and creative teams to ensure sound decisions for engineers and people.
• Define, create, and refine Live Help production processes to ensure readiness for players, engineers, and partners.
• Partner with internal and first-party studios to align on systems, games, opportunities, and needs.
• Work with business development on engineer assessments and communicate production issues for pre-signing alignment.
• Promote a strong team culture with rich communication, transparency, and collaboration.
