Job summary

Socure is seeking a Strategic Operations Lead for the Tier 1 Banks segment to act as a force multiplier at the intersection of go-to-market execution and strategy. The role focuses on driving operational rigor, enabling customer-facing deliverables, and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth within a pre-IPO environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or other highly analytical roles.
• Experience working in demanding, high-performance environments.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage deliverables such as QBRs, roadshows, renewals, POV readouts, and RFPs.
• Support renewal strategy through pricing analysis and risk identification.
• Lead pipeline hygiene and weekly operating cadence (team meetings, deal reviews).
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance.
• Identify process gaps and drive AI tooling and automation initiatives.
