Qualifications

• 5–7 years in internal ops or chief‑of‑staff roles at high‑growth startups.
• Demonstrated ownership of internal systems implementations.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Run the SF office and build company culture.
• Maintain SOPs and fix operational inefficiencies.
• Manage internal IT systems and audit compliance.
• Coordinate recruiting operations and candidate experience.
