Qualifications

• 4–6 years in strategy & operations, logistics, or high-growth marketplaces.
• Experience owning cross-functional problems end-to-end from diagnosis to rollout.
• Fluent with data; able to derive root causes and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own Dasher quality for catering end-to-end: on-time delivery, accurate handoff, setup.
• Build new logistics by testing approaches and learning what holds up in the real world.
• Dig into deliveries, talk to Dashers and customers, identify root causes, and fix them.
• Use AI to automate workflows and scale repeatable processes.
• Influence the Product Roadmap with on‑the‑ground insights.
