Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Operations & Logistics Associate to manage end-to-end deployment execution across multiple product lines, coordinating logistics planning, hardware allocation, delivery, sustainment, and reverse logistics. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, deployment operations, or related field in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple deployments/projects and prioritize competing projects.
• Experience using ERP/CRM systems (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment execution across multiple product lines, including logistics planning, hardware allocation, delivery, sustainment, and reverse logistics.
• Manage forward-deployed inventory to support contracts and maintenance activities; ensure systems mirror hardware status (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce).
• Collaborate across Anduril and with customers to execute logistics movements domestically and internationally; build relationships with Product, Engineering, Growth, Technical Operations, and warehouse partners.
• Deliver white-glove shipping for domestic and international deployments; ensure import/export and dangerous goods compliance; understand customs procedures and duties.
• Identify and implement improvements to deployment logistics, develop standards and procedures to scale operations.
• Communicate effectively using tools (JIRA, Oracle ERP) and channels (Slack, email, meetings); provide feedback to stakeholders for improvements.
• Mentor junior associates; guide on logistics fundamentals, compliance, and best practices; help grow deployment talent.
