Qualifications

• 3 to 10+ years of experience, including founding a company or serving as a startup CTO or first technical hire.
• Hands-on track record building production software, not just management.
• Experience shipping demanding, production-grade systems or strong leadership at a high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

• Define what you can own and deliver during your first 90 days.
• Build and ship production software directly, contributing hands-on to the platform.
• Help shape the product and technical direction for tools that support AI-enabled service businesses.
• Depending on your strengths, take ownership across engineering, product, or company operations.
