Qualifications

• 0–3 years of growth or marketing work at a startup.
• Proven ownership of marketing programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience across outbound, paid, content, SEO, partnerships, and events.
• Strong content creation and consistent brand voice.
• Comfort in fast-paced startup and cross-functional collaboration.
• Recruitment/HR tech/AI talent platform background is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Own growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events.
• Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, analyze channel metrics, and iterate on campaigns.
• Plan and optimize cold email programs, including deliverability practices such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, and sender reputation.
• Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Create and distribute content across blogs, email, social channels, newsletters, testimonials, case studies, and product stories.
• Build SEO plans using topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
• Develop marketing partnerships and organize online and in-person events.
