Lincoln Motor Company in the United States is seeking a high-visibility Lincoln NA Business Office Specialist to support executive communications, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across Lincoln and Ford teams. You will develop presentations, analytics, and insights to guide decision-making and operational priorities.

You will partner with Lincoln leadership, leverage AI-enabled tools, and contribute to governance across dealership operations and marketing functions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in dealership operations, field operations, marketing, or a related business function with a track record of driving results and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and digital tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance business outcomes.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, uncover opportunities, and translate insights into action.

Responsabilités

• Support the Manager, Lincoln NA Business Office in executing key business priorities and operational initiatives.
• Develop presentations, executive communications, reporting, data analyses, and actionable business insights that support decision-making and evolving business needs.
• Leverage AI, process improvements, and innovative solutions to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve business outcomes.
• Support the communication, tracking, and execution of Lincoln Field objectives.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of key business meetings and communications, including Lincoln Go-To-Market broadcasts, SAR reviews, and Retailer Council activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications to support business priorities and operational objectives.
• Partner across Lincoln skill teams and Ford organizations to support strategic initiatives and operational objectives.
• Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and emerging business priorities to meet evolving organizational needs.
